Gonorrhea is one of the most commonly diagnosed sexually transmitted infection (STI) after Chlamydia, affecting both men and women.
You don't need to have had lots of sexual partners to be at risk. Many people infected with Gonorrhoea show no symptoms, so may not know if they have it.
The only way to be sure is to get tested for gonorrhea. In most areas, a test for Chlamydia is also provided.
